Supporting Children with Compassion, Structure, and Family-Centered Care
Our pediatric personal care services are designed to support children with medical or developmental needs in a safe, nurturing home environment while promoting comfort, dignity, and daily functioning.
We work closely with families to ensure care is consistent, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with each child’s unique needs, routines, and Plan of Care.
Services May Include:
- Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
- Feeding support and meal preparation
- Mobility, positioning, and transfer assistance
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Medication reminders (non-clinical support)
- Support with daily routines and structure
- Observation and reporting of changes in condition
Our services align with Health First Colorado (Medicaid) pediatric personal care benefits, supporting eligible children based on assessed needs and authorized care plans.
We collaborate closely with families, case managers, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, consistent, and high-quality care that supports the child’s well-being and development.
Pediatric care services are reinforced through ongoing care coordination with physicians, caregiver training, supervision, and RN oversight to ensure safety, consistency, and developmentally appropriate support.
