We provide specialized therapeutic support for children and families facing life-limiting or complex medical conditions.

This service focuses on reducing emotional distress, supporting coping strategies, and improving quality of life while remaining in the home.

Support may include:

• Emotional support and counseling for children and family members
• Coping strategies during medical treatments and procedures
• Coordination with care teams and community resources
• Guidance to help families navigate complex care needs

This service is often provided as part of palliative care and is aligned with Colorado Medicaid CwCHN waiver services.
